Land in Southeast Asia.
Not just register there.
We help companies set up in Singapore and Malaysia — and actually operate. Market selection, incorporation, banking, tax structure, local partners. A team in Shanghai, with people on the ground in both markets.
Getting incorporated is easy.
Running it is not.
Most failed expansions do not fail because the wrong country was chosen. They fail because the provider only filed paperwork. The certificate arrives, the company exists — and then nobody is there for filings, banking, local hires or the next policy change.
- Incorporation with no follow-through — annual filings and tax left to you
- Remote control: no one physically in Singapore or Malaysia to walk into a bank or an office
- Ten countries listed on the website, none of them deep
- Quotes that grow after signature
We are not the largest firm and we do not cover a hundred countries. Because we only work on Singapore and Malaysia, every partner has been met in person and every client is handled by the founder. That is why things actually land.
Five service lines, one chain
Not five separate products. You can buy one segment, or hand the whole chain to one team — so responsibility does not fall through the handover.
Which country, which structure, what it costs, and how to land it. For companies still deciding.
17% corporate tax, RHQ regional headquarters structure, banking and Employment Pass.
MIDA manufacturing licence and Pioneer Status, Penang supply chain, Kuala Lumpur trade node.
EP scoring, tax residency, outbound capital filing, transfer pricing. Moving people and money legally.
A permanent display and meeting space in Malaysia. Trade fairs last three days; a showroom lasts all year.
Start with a 60-minute diagnostic. We will tell you whether to move now, where to go, and where the first budget should go.
Singapore and Malaysia are
not an either/or
One is for light assets, headquarters and capital. The other is for factories, capacity and cost. The real play is connecting them.

Tax rates and incentives change. Figures reflect the October 2026 position; the governing authority's latest rules prevail.
Five phases. Every one has a deliverable.
Methodology, turned into numbers you can check
From a 20-point score to 40–60
The client held Australian permanent residency and had incorporated a Singapore company in 2020 that never traded. No local employees, no filings. The EP application had been assessed as ineligible.
Working with a licensed local accounting firm, we completed the outstanding ACRA annual returns and IRAS filings, appointed local staff, injected paid-up capital, and rebuilt the employment and salary structure against the COMPASS framework. The pass was granted within 5–6 months.
Three nodes, seven partners
Not names in a contact list — people you can meet in person and who will walk into a bank branch for you.

Focused on company landing across Southeast Asia, with first-hand networks in Singapore and Malaysia. Expansion is not a single incorporation — it is a road that needs someone walking it with you.
Policy moves. Judgement has to follow.
Four pillars, ten indicators, and the 20 points most applicants miss.
Between 17% and 24%, the difference is not the rate. It is the business you run.
Where projects actually stall between SSM registration and licence approval.
Talk for 60 minutes
before you spend anything
The diagnostic is free. You will leave with three answers: whether to move now, which country, and where the first budget belongs. If the answer is "not yet", we will say so.
