Digital showroom:
put the stand at your customer's door

A trade fair lasts three days. A showroom lasts all year — somewhere buyers, distributors and officials can come back to.

Why

A fair is a meeting.
A showroom is an address.

Two or three fairs a year, three days each, a stack of cards and half of them cold by the time you follow up. The problem is not lead volume. It is that when the buyer wants a second look, you are not there.

FAQ

Showroom questions we hear most

How is a showroom different from a trade fair?
A fair runs three to five days with concentrated but one-off traffic; once dismantled, buyers cannot find you. A showroom is open year-round, hosts repeat visits from customers, distributors and officials, and doubles as a meeting room.
Where would the showroom be?
Currently in Malaysia — Kuala Lumpur and Penang — using our local partners' premises and operating capability. Singapore can be discussed case by case.
What do you need from us?
Product samples or machines, brand assets, content direction and a target-customer profile. Spatial design and digital content production are ours.
How long until it opens?
Design takes 3–4 weeks; build and content production 6–10 weeks, depending on site conditions and exhibit complexity.
How are fees structured?
An annual service fee for digital exhibition operation (currently USD 4,200 equivalent per year), covering content updates and remote operation. Deals closed through the showroom carry a referral fee at international trade market rates, payable after closing.
Who runs it day to day?
The local partner manages opening and hosting; we handle content updates, exhibit refresh and performance feedback.
