To respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, and provide a proposal and fee estimate. We also use aggregated, anonymous analytics to improve the site. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
3. Storage and retention
Data is held in our email and CRM systems. Enquiries that lead to an engagement are retained for 24 months from first contact; enquiries that do not are deleted after 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or trade your information. Where delivery requires a licensed local firm in Singapore or Malaysia, we share only the information necessary and only with your consent.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential functional cookies and privacy-respecting analytics (page views, referral source). We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioural tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the content.
