Singapore · Employment Pass

From a 20-point score to 40–60

The client, a Chinese business owner with Australian permanent residency, had incorporated a Singapore company in 2020 that never traded: no local employees, no tax filings. The EP application was assessed as ineligible.

With a licensed local accounting firm we completed outstanding ACRA annual returns and IRAS filings, appointed local staff, injected paid-up capital, and rebuilt the employment and salary structure against COMPASS. The pass was granted within 5–6 months.

I had written the EP off. Five months later the score went from 20 to over 40.Mr L. · Singapore EP (anonymised)

From one meeting to a permanent showcase

Universiti Teknologi Malaysia wanted a permanent exhibition space for industry collaboration, project showcases and delegation visits.

We handled requirements, content planning and local coordination; Zhangjiang Chaoyi delivered spatial design and digital content. Signed and delivered in 2026, the space now operates on a "showroom as meeting room" model.

A showroom is not a fit-out project. It is a place that keeps generating meetings.Project note

Precision manufacturer: three field visits before committing

A precision manufacturer (revenue around RMB 1 billion) planned a production and supply base in Penang to serve overseas customers. It had received park brochures but could not verify real cost or labour availability.

We ran three field visits — industrial parks and factory conditions, local supply chain and labour market, MIDA incentive eligibility — and delivered a cost model with a landing path.
