Shanghai 867 Business Consulting works exclusively on Singapore and Malaysia: market selection, entry structure, incorporation, corporate secretarial, tax structure, showroom delivery and local partner access.
Our clients are mostly manufacturers, traders and technology companies with revenue between RMB 30 million and RMB 1 billion, pushed offshore by tariffs, margin pressure and customers relocating. They do not lack information. They lack someone who is actually there.

Why we do not sell the world
A team that claims ten countries is deep in none of them. Landing depends on depth: who you know, which queue to stand in, where the process stalls.
We are not the largest firm and we do not cover a hundred countries. Because we only work on Singapore and Malaysia, decisions are fast, every partner has been met in person, and every client is handled by the founder.

Business licence, trademark registration and chamber appointments can be produced and checked in person or on a video call.
Registered in Shanghai, China. Contracts, VAT invoices and formal engagement letters are issued by the entity you can verify.
The 捌六柒 brand is registered; website, WeChat account and mini-program use one identity.
The founder currently serves as Secretary-General of the Shanghai Huaihua Chamber of Commerce and Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Hunan Chamber of Commerce.
